Abstract
(EN) An externally toothed gear (4) of a dual-type wave gear device (1) is provided with first and second external teeth (7, 8) having different teeth numbers, and is bent into an elliptical shape by a wave generator. When t(1) represents the tooth-bottom rim thickness of the first external teeth (7), and t(2) represents the tooth-bottom rim thickness of the second external teeth (8), the ratio of t(1)/t(2) is set to a value satisfying 0.5
(FR) Engrenage extérieurement denté (4) d'un dispositif d'engrenage à onde de type double (1) pourvu de premières et secondes dents externes (7, 8) ayant des nombres de dents différents, et plié selon une forme elliptique par un générateur d'ondes. Lorsque t(1) représente l'épaisseur de rebord de fond de dent des premières dents externes (7), et t(2) représente l'épaisseur de rebord de fond de dent des secondes dents externes (8), le rapport de t(1)/t(2) est réglé à une valeur satisfaisant 0,5<t(1)/t(2)<1,5. En conséquence, on peut obtenir un dispositif d'engrenage à onde de type double grâce auquel les premières et secondes dents externes ayant des nombres de dents différents peuvent être pliées de façon appropriée pour former d'excellents états d'accouplement avec des engrenages intérieurement dentés respectifs.
(JA)  デュアルタイプの波動歯車装置(1)の外歯歯車(4)は、歯数が異なる第1、第2外歯(7、8)を備え、波動発生器によって楕円状に撓められる。第1外歯(7)の歯底リムのリム肉厚をt(1)、第2外歯(8)の歯底リムのリム肉厚をt(2)とすると、これらの比率は、 0.5 < t(1)/t(2) <1.5 を満たす値に設定されている。歯数の異なる第1、第2外歯を適切に撓めて各内歯歯車との間で良好なかみ合い状態を形成可能なデュアルタイプの波動歯車装置を実現できる。
