Abstract

Equipment and a method for circulating fluidized bed semidry simultaneous desulfurization and denitration of a sintering flue gas, comprising an ozone generator (2), a diluting blower (1), a mixing buffer tank (3), an ozone distributor (4), and a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) reactor tower (9). When evenly mixed by the mixing buffer tank (3), ozone is injected into a flue (4') via the ozone distributor (4); and, an oxidized flue gas is introduced into the CFB reactor tower (9), where NOx, SO2, and SO3 in the flue gas are reacted with a Ca-based absorbent under the action of atomized water in the reactor tower, thus implementing simultaneous removal of Sox and NOx. This provides the characteristics of a simple system, great performance, small footprint, and inexpensive investments.

Équipement et procédé de circulation de lit fluidisé de désulfuration et de dénitration simultanées demi-sèches d'un gaz de fumée de frittage comprenant un générateur d'ozone (2), un ventilateur de dilution (1), un réservoir tampon de mélange (3), un distributeur d'ozone (4), et une tour de réacteur (9) à lit fluidisé circulant (CFB). Lors d'un mélange homogène par réservoir tampon de mélange (3), de l'ozone est injecté dans un conduit de fumée (4') via le distributeur d'ozone (4); et, un gaz de fumée oxydé est introduit dans la tour de réacteur (9) à lit fluidisé circulant (CFB), NOx, SO2 et SO3 réagissant avec un absorbant à base de Ca sous l'action d'eau pulvérisée dans la tour de réaction ce qui permet l'élimination simultanée de Sox and NOx. Ceci permet d'obtenir les caractéristiques d'un système simple, à performances élevées, à faible encombrement et à investissements peu coûteux.

一种烧结烟气循环流化床半干法联合脱硫脱硝的装置及方法,包括臭氧发生器(2)、稀释风机(1)、混合缓冲罐(3)、臭氧分布器(4)以及循环流化床(CFB)反应塔(9)。臭氧经混合缓冲罐(3)混合均匀后,通过臭氧分布器(4)喷入烟道(4');氧化后的烟气送入循环流化床反应塔(9),烟气中的NOx、SO 2和SO 3在反应塔中与Ca基吸收剂在雾化水的作用下进行反应,实现SOx和NOx的同时脱除,具有系统简单、性能优良、占地小及投资省等特点。
