Disclosed herein are methods and systems for analyzing visual data from multiple rounds of hybridization interactions where the same molecular target is detected by probes with different detectable labels. In particular, disclosed herein are methods and systems for analyzing sequential hybridization images for molecular profiling, where the images are obtained using multiplex fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes permettant d'analyser des données visuelles à partir de plusieurs cycles d'interactions d'hybridation dans lesquels la même cible moléculaire est détectée par des sondes à l'aide de marqueurs détectables différents. En particulier, l'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes permettant d'analyser des images séquentielles d'hybridation à des fins de profilage moléculaire, lesdites images étant obtenues à l'aide d'une hybridation fluorescente in situ (FISH) multiplex.
