Abstract
(EN) There is provided a system (10) and method (100) for improving ICC and/or ISH rare cell detection by lowering background noise and providing enhanced detection of rare cells (15). In an embodiment, background noise for an ICC and/or an ISH rare cell detection assay is reduced and rare cell signaling is enhanced via feedback control. To accomplish the feedback control, an electronic control circuit (24) can direct a fluid delivery apparatus (18) to add an adjustment amount to account for fluid loss in the system (10) when fluid loss is indicated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système (10) et un procédé (100) permettant d'améliorer une détection de cellules rares ICC et/ou ISH par diminution d'un bruit de fond et de fournir une détection renforcée de cellules rares (15). Dans un mode de réalisation, un bruit de fond pour un essai de détection de cellules rares ICC et/ou ISH est réduit et une signalisation de cellules rares est renforcée par l'intermédiaire d'une commande à asservissement. Afin d'exécuter la commande à asservissement, un circuit de commande électronique (24) peut ordonner à un appareil de distribution de fluide (18) d'ajouter une quantité d'ajustement afin de tenir compte d'une perte de fluide dans le système (10) lorsque la perte de fluide est indiquée.
