 A bonding material comprising a silver paste obtained by mixing a solvent and silver microparticles having an average primary particle diameter of 1-200 nm and coated by an organic compound having eight or less carbon atoms such as sorbic acid, wherein a diol such as octanediol is used as the solvent, and a triol having one or more methyl groups, a boiling point of 200-300°C, and a viscosity of 2,000-10,000 mPa at 20°C, such as 2-methyl butane-2,3,4-triol or 2-methyl butane-1,2,4-triol, is added as an additive.

 La présente invention concerne un matériau de liaison comprenant une pâte d'argent obtenue par mélange d'un solvant et de microparticules d'argent présentant un diamètre moyen de particule primaire situé dans la plage allant de 1 à 200 nm et revêtues d'un composé organique ayant un nombre d'atomes de carbone inférieur ou égal à huit, tel que l'acide sorbique, un diol tel qu'un octanediol étant utilisé en tant que solvant, et un triol ayant un ou plusieurs groupes méthyle, présentant un point d'ébullition situé dans la plage allant de 200 à 300 °C et une viscosité située dans la plage allant de 2 000 à 10 000 mPa à 20 °C, tel que le 2-méthyl butane-2,3,4-triol ou le 2-méthyl butane-1,2,4-triol, étant ajouté en tant qu'additif.

 ソルビン酸などの炭素数8以下の有機化合物で被覆された平均一次粒子径1~200nmの銀微粒子と溶剤を混合した銀ペーストからなる接合材において、溶剤として、オクタンジオールなどのジオールを使用し、添加剤として、2-メチルブタン-2,3,4-トリオールや2-メチルブタン-1,2,4-トリオールのような、沸点が200~300℃で粘度が20℃で2,000~10,000mPaであり1以上のメチル基を有するトリオールが混合されている。
