Abstract
(EN) Provided is a coiled spring assembly in which a coiled spring and seats for the coiled spring, the seats for the coiled spring being seat members, are appropriately engaged with each other to prevent the excessive interference between the end windings of the coiled spring and the seats for the coiled spring, thereby increasing the durability of the coiled spring assembly. Provided is a coiled spring assembly characterized in that: a coiled spring (3) has end windings (9, 11) each wound one turn at a reduced diameter and has transition sections (13, 15) having a diameter gradually increasing from the end windings (9, 11) to a body section (7); seats (5) for the coiled spring have seat sections (17), mounting shaft sections (19), and expanded-diameter sections (21), the mounting shaft sections (19) having a length set so that, in a free state in which the end windings (9, 11) are fitted to the mounting shaft sections (19) and the seat surfaces (9a, 11a) of the end windings (9, 11) are in contact with the receiving surfaces (17a) of the seats (17), there is a gap or no gap between the mounting shaft sections (19) and the expanded-diameter sections (21) of the seats (5) for the coiled spring, and so that, in a state in which the seat surfaces (9a, 11a) of the end windings (9, 11) are in contact with the receiving surfaces (17a) of the seats (17), the transition sections (13, 15) are located avoiding the expanded-diameter sections (21).
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble ressort hélicoïdal caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort hélicoïdal et des sièges pour le ressort hélicoïdal, les sièges pour le ressort hélicoïdal étant des éléments de siège, sont enclenchés mutuellement de façon appropriée pour empêcher l'interférence excessive entre les enroulements d'extrémité du ressort hélicoïdal et les sièges pour le ressort hélicoïdal, ce qui permet d'augmenter la durabilité de l'ensemble ressort hélicoïdal. L'invention concerne un ensemble ressort hélicoïdal caractérisé en ce que : un ressort hélicoïdal (3) comporte des enroulements d'extrémité (9, 11) enroulés chacun un tour à un diamètre réduit et comporte des sections de transition (13, 15) dont un diamètre augmente progressivement des enroulements d'extrémité (9, 11) jusqu'à une section de corps (7) ; des sièges (5) pour le ressort hélicoïdal possèdent des sections de siège (17), des sections d'arbre de montage (19), et des sections de diamètre étendu (21), les sections d'arbre de montage (19) possédant une longueur définie de sorte que, dans un état libre dans lequel les enroulements d'extrémité (9, 11) sont montés sur les sections d'arbre de montage (19) et les surfaces de siège (9a, 11a) des enroulements d'extrémité (9, 11) sont en contact avec les surfaces réceptrices (17a) des sièges (17), il y a un écartement ou il n'y a aucun écartement entre les sections d'arbre de montage (19) et les sections de diamètre étendu (21) des sièges (5) pour le ressort hélicoïdal, et de sorte que, dans un état dans lequel les surfaces de siège (9a, 11a) des enroulements d'extrémité (9, 11) sont en contact avec les surfaces réceptrices (17a) des sièges (17), les sections de transition (13, 15) sont situées en évitant les sections de diamètre étendu (21).
(JA) シート部材であるコイルばね用シートとコイルばねとを適正に係合させ、コイルばねの座巻部とコイルばね用シートとの無理な干渉を抑制し、耐久性向上を可能とするコイルばね組立体を提供する。コイルばね(3)は、座巻部(9)(11)が縮径して一巻目まで形成され、座巻部(9)(11)から本体部(7)へ漸次拡径する遷移部(13)(15)を有し、コイルばね用シート(5)は、座部(17)と、取付軸部(19)と、拡径部(21)とを有し、取付軸部(19)は、座巻部(9)(11)が嵌合して座巻部(9)(11)の座面(9a)(11a)が座部(17)の受け面(17a)に当接した自由状態でコイルばね用シート(5)の拡径部(21)との間に隙間を有するか又は隙間が零となる軸長に設定され、遷移部(13)(15)は、座巻部(9)(11)の座面(9a)(11a)が座部(17)の受け面(17a)に当接した状態で拡径部(21)を迂回することを特徴とする。
