A panoramic camera (500) comprises: - an input element (LNS1), - an aperture stop (AS1), and - a focusing unit (300), wherein the input element (LNS1) and the focusing unit (300) are arranged to form an annular optical image (IMG1) on an image plane (PLN1), and the aperture stop (AS1) defines an entrance pupil (EPU k ) of the imaging device (500) such that the effective F-number (F eff ) of the imaging device (500) is in the range of 1.0 to 5.6.

L'invention porte sur une caméra panoramique (500) qui comprend : - un élément d'entrée (LNS1), - un diaphragme (AS1), et - une unité de mise au point (300). L'élément d'entrée (LNS1) et l'unité de mise au point (300) sont agencés de manière à former une image optique annulaire (IMG1) sur un plan d'image (PLN1), et le diaphragme (AS1) définit une pupille d'entrée (EPU k) du dispositif d'imagerie (500) de telle sorte que l'ouverture effective (F eff) du dispositif d'imagerie (500) est dans la plage de 1,0 à 5,6.
