Disclosed are an information sending method, an information receiving method, an apparatus and a system. The information sending method comprises the following steps: a sending end describes time information of occupying an unlicensed carrier by using downlink control information (DCI)/uplink control information (UCI) (S102); and the sending end sends the DCI/UCI information through a licensed carrier or the unlicensed carrier (S104). By means of the present invention, the problem of how to inform base stations therebetween of occupation condition of unlicensed carriers in a related art is solved, thereby facilitating coordination and utilization of unlicensed carriers in a wireless communications system and improving the utilization rate of the unlicensed carriers.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'émission d'informations, un procédé de réception d'informations, un appareil et un système. Le procédé d'émission d'informations comporte les étapes suivantes: une extrémité émettrice décrit des informations temporelles d'occupation d'une porteuse non soumise à une licence en utilisant des informations de commande de liaison descendante (DCI)/des informations de commande de liaison montante (UCI) (S102); et l'extrémité émettrice émet les informations DCI/UCI via une porteuse soumise à une licence ou la porteuse non soumise à une licence (S104). Au moyen de la présente invention, le problème de la façon d'informer entre elles des stations de base de l'état d'occupation de porteuses non soumises à des licences dans la technique apparentée est résolu, facilitant ainsi la coordination et l'utilisation de porteuses non soumises à des licences dans un système de communications sans fil et améliorant le taux d'utilisation des porteuses non soumises à des licences.

本发明公开了一种信息发送方法、信息接收方法、装置及系统,其中,该信息发送方法包括以下步骤:发送端使用上行控制信息(DCI)/下行控制信息(UCI)信息描述占用非授权载波的时间信息(S102);上述发送端通过授权载波或非授权载波发送上述DCI/UCI信息(S104)。通过本发明,解决了相关技术中基站之间如何互相通知关于非授权载波的占用情况的问题,方便了无线通信系统中对非授权载波的协调利用,提升了非授权载波的利用率。
