Abstract

An embedded touchscreen and a display device. The embedded touchscreen comprises an upper substrate (01) and a lower substrate (02) that are arranged opposite, multiple mutual capacitance electrodes (03) that are arranged in a same layer and mutually independent, and multiple leads (05) connecting the mutual capacitance electrodes (03) to a touch detection chip (04). The mutual capacitance electrodes (03) and the leads (05) are arranged in different layers. An interlayer insulating layer (06) is arranged between the mutual capacitance electrode (03) and the leads (05). The mutual capacitance electrodes (03) are electrically connected to the leads (05) via through holes running through the interlayer insulating layer (06). The interlayer insulating layer is provided with recessed parts at regions where the mutual capacitance electrodes are overlapped with the leads other than the electrically connected leads, thus increasing the uniformity of images displayed by the touchscreen.

Écran tactile encastré et dispositif d'affichage. L'écran tactile encastré comporte un substrat supérieur (01) et un substrat inférieur (02) qui sont disposés face à face, des électrodes multiples (03) à capacitance mutuelle qui sont disposées dans une même couche et mutuellement indépendantes, et des conducteurs multiples (05) reliant les électrodes (03) à capacitance mutuelle à une puce (04) de détection de toucher. Les électrodes (03) à capacitance mutuelle et les conducteurs (05) sont disposés dans des couches différentes. Une couche (06) d'isolation inter-couches est disposée entre l'électrode (03) à capacitance mutuelle et les conducteurs (05). Les électrodes (03) à capacitance mutuelle sont reliées électriquement aux conducteurs (05) via des trous débouchants passant à travers la couche (06) d'isolation inter-couches. La couche d'isolation inter-couches est dotée de parties en retrait dans des régions où les électrodes à capacitance mutuelle se chevauchent avec les conducteurs autres que les conducteurs électriquement raccordés, accroissant ainsi l'uniformité des images affichées par l'écran tactile.
