A carbon fiber composite material (10) configured from carbon fiber prepregs (11, 13) and a porous prepreg (21) interposed therebetween, the surface of the carbon fiber composite material (10) being configured from the carbon fiber prepregs (11, 13), wherein at least one surface of the carbon fiber composite material (10) has recesses (101, 103) and/or protrusions formed. Under the recesses (101, 103), the thickness of the porous prepreg (21) has been made smaller than that in the general part (111) having neither recesses nor protrusions, and the carbon fiber composite material (10) has a reduced thickness. Under the protrusions, the thickness of the porous prepreg has been made larger than that in the general part (111) having neither recesses nor protrusions and the carbon fiber composite material (10) has an increased thickness.

L'invention concerne un matériau composite (10) à base de fibres de carbone conçu à partir de préimprégnés (11, 13) de fibres de carbone et d'un préimprégné poreux (21) interposé entre ceux-ci, la surface du matériau composite (10) à base de fibres de carbone étant conçue à partir des préimprégnés (11, 13) de fibres de carbone, des creux (101, 103) et/ou des saillies étant formés au moins une surface du matériau composite (10) de fibres de carbone. Sous les creux (101, 103), l'épaisseur du préimprégné poreux (21) a été rendue plus petite que celle dans la partie générale (111) ne présentant, ni creux, ni saillies et le matériau composite (10) de fibres de carbone présente une épaisseur réduite. Sous les saillies, l'épaisseur du préimprégné poreux a été rendue plus grande que celle-ci et le matériau composite (10) de fibres de carbone présente une épaisseur augmentée.

 多孔質プリプレグ(21)を炭素繊維プリプレグ(11、13)間に配置して炭素繊維複合材(10)の表面を炭素繊維プリプレグ(11、13)で構成し、炭素繊維複合材(10)の少なくとも一側の表面には凹部(101、103)と凸部の少なくとも一方が賦形され、凹部及び凸部の無い一般部(111)と比べて凹部(101、103)では多孔質プリプレグ(21)の厚みが減少されて炭素繊維複合材(10)の厚みが減少され、凸部では多孔質プリプレグの厚みが増大されて炭素繊維複合材の厚みが増大されている。
