Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Elektromagnet für ein Hydrauliksystem, insbesondere für ein Automatikgetriebe eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem, mit Hydraulikleitungen des Hydrauliksystems strömungstechnisch verbindbaren, mit Hydraulikmedium gefüllten Ankerraum, in dem ein Anker (11) hubverstellbar (h2) gelagert ist, der einen Absperrkörper aufweist, welcher Anker den Ankerraum in eine dem Stromungsdurchlass zugewandte, durchlassseitige Kammer (37) und in eine davon abgewandte Innenkammer (39) aufteilt, wobei bei einer Hubbewegung des Ankers ein Ölaustausch erfolgt, bei dem ein Verstellvolumen des Hydraulikmediums von der durchlassseitigen Kammer in die Innenkammer überströmt. Erfindungsgemäß weist eine zur durchlassseitigen Kammer oder zur Innenkammer des Ankerraums führende Hydraulikleitung (47, 53, 55) zumindest ein, bevorzugt als Permanentmagnet ausgebildetes Schmutzfangelement auf, das Verunreinigungen im Hydraulikmedium zurückhält, das bei einem Ölaustausch die Hydraulikleitung durchströmt.
(EN) The invention relates to an electromagnet for a hydraulic system, in particular for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, having an armature space, which can be flow-connected to hydraulic lines of the hydraulic system, is filled with hydraulic medium, and in which an armature (11) is mounted in a stroke-adjustable manner (h2), said armature having a shut-off body and dividing the armature space into an aperture-side chamber (37), which faces the flow aperture, and an inner chamber (39), which faces away therefrom, an oil exchange taking place during a stroke movement of the armature, during which a displacement volume of the hydraulic medium flows from the aperture-side chamber into the inner chamber. According to the invention, a hydraulic line (47, 53, 55) that leads to the aperture-side chamber or to the inner chamber of the armature space has at least one dirt collection element, which is preferably formed as a permanent magnet and retains impurities in the hydraulic medium that flows through the hydraulic line during oil exchange.
(FR) L'invention concerne un électroaimant, destiné à un système hydraulique, notamment à une boîte de vitesses automatique d'un véhicule automobile, qui comprend un espace d'armature pouvant être relié par une liaison fluidique à des conduites du système hydraulique et rempli de fluide hydraulique, dans lequel une armature (11) possédant un corps d'obturation est montée mobile en translation (h2). Ladite armature divise l'espace d'armature en une chambre côté passage (37), faisant face au passage de l'écoulement, et une chambre interne (39) à l'opposé de celui-ci. Lors d'un mouvement de translation de l'armature, il se produit un échange d'huile au cours duquel un volume déplacé du fluide hydraulique s'écoule de la chambre côté passage dans la chambre interne. Conformément à l'invention, une conduite hydraulique (47, 53, 55) qui mène à la chambre côté passage ou à la chambre interne de l'espace d'armature possède au moins un élément collecteur d'impuretés, réalisé de préférence sous la forme d'un aimant permanent, qui retient les impuretés dans le fluide hydraulique qui s'écoule à travers la conduite hydraulique lors d'un échange d'huile.
