Abstract
(EN) An FET (11) of a power-supply reverse connection protection unit (6) is connected between a battery (100) and an electronic device (2). When the battery (100) is reversely connected, the FET (11) turns off and a parasitic diode (D1) of the FET (11) blocks the current flowing in a direction reverse to the direction in a normal connection. In a DC/DC converter of a first power supply unit (4) that supplies power to a control unit (3), a transformer (T1) is used with a voltage generated in a secondary winding (L2) thereof being applied to the FET (11).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un transistor à effet de champ (TEC) (11) d'une unité de protection de connexion inverse d'alimentation (6) est connecté entre une batterie (100) et un dispositif électronique (2). Quand la batterie (100) est connectée de façon inversée, le TEC (11) passe à l'état bloqué et une diode parasite (D1) du TEC (11) bloque le courant circulant en sens inverse du sens observé lors d'une connexion normale. Dans un convertisseur continu/continu d'une première unité d'alimentation (4) qui alimente électriquement une unité de commande (3), un transformateur (T1) est utilisé, la tension générée dans son enroulement secondaire (L2) étant appliquée au TEC (11).
(JA)  バッテリ100と電子装置2との間に電源逆接続保護部6のFET11を接続し、バッテリ100の逆接続時にFET11がオフし、当FET11の寄生ダイオードD1が正接続時とは逆方向に流れる電流を阻止する。制御部3に電力供給する第1電源部4のDC/DCコンバータにトランスT1を使用し、二次巻線L2に発生する電圧をFET11に印加する。
