Abstract
(EN) A method for analyzing mixture components is provided, and comprises: (1) separating a mixture sample by using chromatographic technology, to obtain a preliminary chromatogram; (2) sampling as required any one interval in the preliminary chromatogram obtained in step (1), to obtain a series of spectrograms in different retention times, which are referred to as compound spectrograms; (3) performing calculation, by using a series of methods of an entropy minimum algorithm, in the mixture spectrograms obtained in step (2), to obtain each reconstructed pure spectrum and a corresponding pseudo concentration thereof. The method combines the chromatographic technology and the entropy minimum algorithm, and overcomes dependence on component separation in an existing analysis method, making separation not important any more. There is no need to completely separate each component in the mixture. Meanwhile, a prerequisite for using the entropy minimum algorithm is met. The method is universal, fast, and highly efficient, requires low costs, does not have high requirements on personnel, and has a great application prospect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse de composants de mélange comprenant les étapes consistant à : (1) séparer un échantillon de mélange à l'aide de la technologie chromatographique, afin d'obtenir un chromatogramme préliminaire; (2) échantillonner si nécessaire un intervalle quelconque dans le chromatogramme préliminaire obtenu dans l'étape (1), afin d'obtenir une série de spectrogrammes dans des temps de rétention différents, qui sont appelés spectrogrammes composés; (3) effectuer un calcul, en utilisant une série de procédés d'un algorithme minimal entropique, dans les spectrogrammes de mélange obtenus dans l'étape (2), afin d'obtenir chaque spectre pur reconstruit et une pseudo-concentration correspondante de celui-ci. Le procédé combine la technologie chromatographique et l'algorithme minimal entropique, et élimine la dépendance à la séparation de composants dans un procédé d'analyse existant, ce qui permet que la séparation ne soit plus importante. Il n'est pas nécessaire de séparer complètement chaque composant dans le mélange. En même temps, une condition préalable à l'utilisation de l'algorithme minimal entropique est satisfaite. Le procédé est universel, rapide et très efficace, peu onéreux, ne présente pas d'exigences élevées en termes de personnel, et possède un grand champ d'application.
(ZH) 提供一种分析混合物成分的方法,包括:(1)将混合物样品利用色谱技术进行分离,得到初步的色谱图;(2)对步骤(1)得到的初步的色谱图中的任意一个区间,根据需要进行采样,得到一系列在不同保留时间的谱图,称之为化合物谱图;(3)利用熵最小算法的系列方法,从步骤(2)得到的混合物谱图中,计算得到各重建纯谱及其对应的伪浓度。该方法将色谱技术和熵最小算法结合,克服了现有分析方法对成分分离的依赖,使得分离不再重要;不需要彻底地分离混合物中各个成分,同时也达到了熵最小算法使用的先决条件;并且该方法通用、速度快、高效、成本低,对人员要求不高,具有巨大的应用前景。
