Abstract
(EN) The device is intended for rounding the sharp edges of an I-beam so as to increase the longevity of paint and varnish coatings on metal structures. A machine contains four processing rollers (Fig. 1) and is intended for simultaneously rounding four edges of one flange (1) of an I-beam in a single pass. The second flange (2) of the I-beam requires processing in a second pass. In addition to an I-beam, the possibility exists of processing the edges of a sheet. The cylindrical rollers are drive rollers (3). Passive rollers (4) are conical in shape and the axes thereof are positioned at an angle. In such a position, the rollers form sufficient free space for processing the I-beam flange which is not being processed (2). A radius is formed on the edges by means of constant plastic deformation by the rollers moving along the axis of the I-beam. A sharp edge is dulled, forming a rounding radius which is close to the fillet radius of a roller which has passed over same. By means of plastic deformations of a surface, the sharp-edged area is hardened, thus smoothing and reinforcing the rounded edge. The rollers are easy to manufacture and durable.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à arrondir les bords d'une poutrelle afin d'augmenter la durée de vie de revêtements de vernissage et de peinture de constructions métalliques. La machine comprend quatre rouleaux de traitement (fig. 1) et permet d'arrondir simultanément les quatre bords d'une aile (1) d'une poutrelle en un passage. La seconde aile (2) de la poutrelle doit être traitée par un second passage. Outre une poutrelle, il est possible de traiter les bords d'une tôle. Les rouleaux cylindriques sont des rouleaux d'entraînement (3). Les rouleaux passifs (4) ont une forme conique et leurs axes sont disposés à un certain angle. Dans cette position, les rouleaux forment un espace suffisamment libre pour le passage de l'aile de la poutrelle non soumise au traitement (2). La formation d'un rayon sur les bords se fait par déformation plastique continue à l'aide des rouleaux se déplaçant le long de l'axe de la poutrelle. Le bord aigu est émoussé et on forme un rayon d'arrondi proche du rayon entre l'aile et l'âme du rouleau de traitement. Grâce aux déformations plastiques de la surface, on forme un écrouissage dans la zone aigüe du bord, et le bord arrondi est lisse et renforcé. Les rouleaux sont faciles à produire et ont une longue durée de vie.
(RU) Устройство предназначено для закругления острых кромок двутавра с целью повышения долговечности лакокрасочных покрытий металлоконструкций. Машина содержит четыре обрабатывающих ролика (ФИГ. 1) и предназначена для закругления одновременно четырех кромок одной полки (1) двутавра за один проход. Вторую полку (2) двутавра необходимо обрабатывать вторым проходом. Кроме двутавра остается возможность обрабатывать кромки листа. Цилиндрические ролики являются ведущими (3). Пассивные ролики (4) имеют коническую форму и их оси расположены под углом. В таком положении ролики образуют достаточное свободное пространство для прохождения полки двутавра, не участвующей в обработке (2). Формирование радиуса на кромках происходит за счет непрерывного пластического деформирования движущимся вдоль оси двутавра роликами. Острая кромка притупляется и образуется радиус скругления близкий к радиусу галтели обкатывающего ролика. За счет пластических деформаций поверхности, в зоне острой кромки образуется наклеп и поэтому скругленный край получается гладким и упрочненным. Ролики просты в изготовлении и долговечны.
