Abstract
(EN) A non-transferred plasma arc system, which is provided with a non-transferred plasma torch (1) that is provided with a non-consumable electrode (101) as a negative electrode and an insert chip as a positive electrode, the insert chip being cooled by a circulated coolant (W) and the insert chip releasing a plasma arc onto a workpiece. The plasma arc torch (1) comprises a repurposed TIG welding torch (100) that is provided with the non-consumable electrode (101), whereby an arc is generated between the workpiece and said electrode (101), and a torch nozzle (105), which releases a shield gas toward an arc-generated weld pool of the workpiece. The plasma arc torch (1) is provided with an attachment (51) that is detachably attached to the TIG welding torch (100) while surrounding the periphery of the torch nozzle (105) and that functions as the insert chip, whereby a non-transferred plasma arc is inexpensively and easily used.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système à arc de plasma non transféré qui est pourvu d'un chalumeau à plasma non-transféré (1) qui est pourvu d'une électrode non consommable (101) en tant qu'électrode négative et d'une puce interne en tant qu'électrode positive, la puce interne étant refroidie par un agent de refroidissement circulant (W) et libérant un arc de plasma sur une pièce à travailler. Le chalumeau à arc de plasma (1) comporte un chalumeau de soudage tungstène-gaz inerte reconfiguré (100) qui est pourvu de l'électrode non consommable (101), ce par quoi un arc est généré entre la pièce à travailler et ladite électrode (101), et une buse de chalumeau (105) qui libère un gaz de protection vers un bain de soudure généré par l'arc de la pièce à travailler. Le chalumeau à arc de plasma (1) est pourvu d'un attachement (51) qui est attaché de manière amovible au chalumeau de soudage tungstène-gaz inerte (100), tout en entourant la périphérie de la buse de chalumeau (105), et qui fonctionne en tant que puce interne, ce par quoi un arc de plasma non-transféré est utilisé de façon peu coûteuse et facile.
(JA) 非移行型のプラズマアークシステムであって、陰極としての非消耗電極(101)と、冷却液(W)の循環により冷却されると共に、被加工物に対してプラズマアークを放出する陽極としてのインサートチップとを備える非移行型のプラズマアーク用トーチ(1)を備え、プラズマアーク用トーチ(1)は、被加工物との間でアークを発生させる非消耗電極(101)と、アークによって生じた被加工物の溶融池に向かってシールドガスを放出するトーチノズル(105)とを備えるTIG溶接用トーチ(100)を流用したものからなり、プラズマアーク用トーチ(1)は、トーチノズル(105)の周囲を囲んだ状態で、TIG溶接用トーチ(100)に対して着脱自在に取り付けられると共に、インサートチップとして機能するアタッチメント(51)を備えることで、非移行型のプラズマアークを安価且つ容易に利用する。
