Abstract
(EN) Provided are the following: an injection-molding method and an injection- molding mold for forming with good accuracy an optical lens which includes an optical function part having the desired optical characteristics, by controlling the fluid state of resin in the injection-molding mold; an optical lens formed by the injection-molding method and the injection-molding mold; a lens unit using the optical lens; an image pickup module; and electronic equipment. The optical lens (10) comprises: an optical function part (12) having optical functions; and a flange part (14) formed around the optical function part (12). The flange part (14) includes at a lateral surface thereof a cut portion (42) which is formed by cutting a gate part (16). If viewed from the optical axis direction of the optical lens (10), a thinnest portion (18), in a region (44) surrounded by lines (L1, L2) which connect both ends (42a, 42b) of the cut portion (42) and the optical center (O) of the optical lens (10) and a line (L3) which connects both ends (42a, 42b) to each other, is present in the optical function part (12). The flange part (14) includes a depression (40) outside of the region (44).
(FR) L'invention porte sur ce qui suit : un procédé de moulage par injection et un moule de moulage par injection pour former à une bonne précision une lentille optique qui comprend une partie à fonctions optiques ayant les caractéristiques optiques désirées, par contrôle de l'état fluide d'une résine dans le moule de moulage par injection ; une lentille optique formée par le procédé de moulage par injection et le moule de moulage par injection ; une unité de lentille utilisant la lentille optique ; un module de prise d'image ; et un équipement électronique. La lentille optique (10) comprend : une partie à fonctions optiques (12) ayant des fonctions optiques ; et une partie bride (14) formée autour de la partie à fonctions optiques (12). La partie bride (14) comprend, au niveau des surfaces latérales de cette dernière, une partie coupée (42) qui est formée par la coupe d'une partie canal de coulée (16). Vue à partir de la direction de l'axe optique de la lentille optique (10), une partie la plus mince (18), dans une région (44) entourée par des lignes (L1, L2) qui relient les deux extrémités (42a, 42b) de la partie coupée (42) et le centre optique (O) de la lentille optique (10) et une ligne (L3) qui relie les deux extrémités (42a, 42b) l'une à l'autre, est présente dans la partie à fonctions optiques (12). La partie bride (14) comprend une dépression (40) à l'extérieur de la région (44).
(JA)  射出成形型における樹脂の流動状態をコントロールして所望の光学特性を持つ光学的機能部を有する光学レンズを精度良く成形する射出成形方法及び射出成形型、その射出成形方法及び射出成形型によって成形される光学レンズ、及びその光学レンズを用いたレンズユニット、撮像モジュール及び電子機器を提供する。光学レンズ10は、光学的機能を有する光学的機能部12と、光学的機能部12の周囲に形成されるフランジ部14とを備える。フランジ部14は、ゲート部16が切断された切断部42を側面に有する。光学レンズ10の光軸方向から見た場合に、切断部42の両端42a、42bの各々と光学レンズ10の光軸中心Oとを結ぶラインL1、L2と、両端42a、42bを結ぶラインL3とによって囲まれる領域44における最薄部18は光学的機能部12に存在する。フランジ部14は領域44外に凹部40を有する。
