Abstract
(EN) This cladded aluminium-alloy material is provided with: an aluminium-alloy core material; a coating material used to clad both surfaces of the core material; and a brazing material used to clad both of the coating-material surfaces, or one of the coating-material surfaces which is not at the core material side. The core material, the coating material, and the brazing material have prescribed alloy compositions. The crystal grain size of the coating material before brazing heating is at least 60 µm. In a cross section of the core material in the rolling direction before brazing heating, when R1 (µm) represents the crystal grain size in the plate thickness direction, and R2 (µm) represents the crystal grain size in the rolling direction, R1/R2 is not more than 0.50. As a result, provided is a cladded aluminium-alloy material which exhibits excellent mouldability, and in which the coating material after brazing heating exhibits excellent corrosion resistance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau en alliage d'aluminium enrobé qui est pourvu : d'un matériau de noyau en alliage d'aluminium; d'un matériau de revêtement utilisé pour enrober les deux surfaces du matériau de noyau; et d'un matériau de brasage utilisé pour enrober les deux surfaces du matériau de revêtement, ou l'une des surfaces du matériau de revêtement qui n'est pas du côté du matériau de noyau. Le matériau de noyau, le matériau de revêtement, et le matériau de brasage présentent des compositions d'alliage prescrites. La taille des grains cristallins du matériau de revêtement avant le chauffage pour le brasage est au moins de 60 µm. Dans une section transversale du matériau de noyau dans la direction de laminage avant le chauffage pour le brasage, lorsque R1 (µm) représente la taille des grains cristallins dans la direction d'épaisseur de plaque, et R2 (µm) représente la taille des grains cristallins dans la direction de laminage, R1/R2 n'est pas supérieure à 0,50. En conséquence, la présente invention se rapporte à un matériau en alliage d'aluminium enrobé qui présente une excellente moulabilité, et dans lequel le matériau de revêtement après chauffage pour le brasage présente une excellente résistance à la corrosion.
