Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vacuum heat-insulating material, a heat-insulating box, and a production method for the vacuum heat-insulating material, whereby the speed that gas is adsorbed inside the vacuum heat-insulating material is increased and the heat-insulating properties thereof are improved, as a result of using a packaging material having high air-permeability. The vacuum heat-insulating material (1) comprises a core material (10) comprising a fiber assembly, an adsorption agent (30) that adsorbs at least moisture, and an outer packaging material (20) that covers the core material (10) and the adsorption agent (30). Inside the outer packaging material (20) is depressurized and sealed. A packaging material (31) for the adsorption agent (30) packages the adsorption agent (30) without using heat sealing.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de concevoir un matériau d'isolation thermique à vide, une boîte calorifuge, et un procédé de production du matériau d'isolation thermique à vide, la vitesse à laquelle le gaz est adsorbé à l'intérieur du matériau d'isolation thermique à vide étant par conséquent augmentée et ses propriétés d'isolation thermique étant par conséquent améliorées grâce à l'utilisation d'un matériau de conditionnement ayant une perméabilité à l'air élevée. Le matériau d'isolation thermique à vide (1) comprend un matériau d'âme (10) comprenant un assemblage de fibres, un agent d'adsorption (30) qui adsorbe au moins l'humidité, et un matériau de conditionnement extérieur (20) qui recouvre le matériau d'âme (10) et l'agent d'adsorption (30). L'intérieur du matériau de conditionnement extérieur (20) est dépressurisé et scellé. Un matériau de conditionnement (31) destiné à l'agent d'adsorption (30) conditionne l'agent d'adsorption (30) sans nécessiter de thermoscellage.
