Abstract
(EN) Systems and methods enabling uplink power sharing for dual connectivity are disclosed. Embodiments are described herein in which a maximum Uplink (UL) power on each link is configured statically, semi-statically, or dynamically. In general, regardless of the embodiment, uplink power for uplink transmissions from a wireless device on two simultaneous links is controlled such that the total uplink power does not exceeds a maximum UL transmission power level while, in some embodiments, taking into account priorities of the two links and/or priorities of various uplink channels transmitted by the wireless device on the two links. Notably, while the embodiments described herein focus on dual connectivity, the embodiments described herein can easily be extended to any number of two or more simultaneous links.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant le partage de puissance en liaison montante dans le cadre d'une double connectivité. Des modes de réalisation se rapportent à une puissance maximum en liaison montante (UL) sur chaque liaison à configuration statique, semi-statique, ou dynamique. En général, quel que soit le mode de réalisation, la puissance en liaison montante pour des transmissions en liaison montante en provenance d'un dispositif sans fil sur deux liaisons simultanées est contrôlée de telle sorte que la puissance totale en liaison montante ne dépasse pas un niveau de puissance maximum de transmission en liaison montante (UL), tout en, dans certains modes de réalisation, prenant en compte les priorités des deux liaisons et/ou les priorités de divers canaux en liaison montante que transmet le dispositif sans fil sur les deux liaisons. Notamment, tandis que les modes de réalisation décrits dans les présentes se concentrent sur la double connectivité, les modes de réalisation décrits dans les présentes peuvent facilement être étendus à n'importe quel nombre de deux ou plusieurs liaisons simultanées.
