Abstract
(EN) A method of cell culture comprising providing cells in a cell culture medium to start a cell culture process, and, maintaining at least one metabolite selected from 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)lactate, 4- hydroxyphenylpyruvate, phenyllactate, indolelactate, indolecarboxylic acid, homocysteine, 2- hydroxybutyric acid, isovalerate and formate below a concentration C1 in the cell culture medium, wherein C1 is 3mM and/or (ii) maintaining at least one amino acid selected from phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, methionine, leucine, serine, threonine and glycine below a concentration C2 in the cell culture medium, wherein C2 is 2mM.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de culture cellulaire, comprenant la mise en place de cellules dans un milieu de culture cellulaire pour lancer une opération de culture cellulaire, et le maintien d'au moins un métabolite choisi parmi le lactate de 3-(4-hydroxyphényle), le pyruvate de 4-hydroxyphényle, le lactate de phényle, le lactate d'indole, l'acide indolecarboxylique, l'homocystéine, l'acide 2-hydroxybutyrique, l'isovalérate et le formiate en-dessous d'une concentration C1 dans le milieu de culture cellulaire, C1 étant égal à 3 mM et/ou (ii) le maintien d'au moins un acide aminé choisi parmi la phénylalanine, la tyrosine, le tryptophane, la méthionine, la leucine, la sérine, la thréonine et la glycine, en-dessous d'une concentration C2 dans le milieu de culture cellulaire, C2 étant égal à 2 mM.
