Abstract
(DE) Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von N-[(6-Chlorpyridin-3-yl)methyl]-2,2-difluorethan-1-aminder Formel (III) in dem 2,2-Difluorethylamin der Formel (I) mit einem Halogenid der Formel (II) in Gegenwart eines Hydroxids eines Alkalimetalls oder Erdalkalimetalls umgesetzt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the preparation of N-[(6-chloropyridino-3-yl)methyl]-2,2-difluoroethane-1-amine of formula (III) wherein the 2,2-difluoroethylamine of formula (I) is reacted with a halide of formula (II) in the presence of a hydroxide of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de n-[(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)-méthyl-2,2-difluoroéthane-1-amine de formule (III) dans lequel la 2,2-difluoréthylamine de formule (I) qui réagit avec un halogénure de formule (II) en présence d'un hydroxyde d'un métal alcalin ou d'un métal alcalino-terreux.
