Abstract
(EN) A micro bubble cleaning apparatus (80) uses a liquid containing micro bubbles having a size of less than 30 nm to rinse fine particles adhered to soil, sand, etc. so as to separate and recover said fine particles. Said apparatus is provided with: a water tank-shaped reservoir (82); a stirring device (84) positioned in the center of the reservoir (82) for stirring a liquid inside the reservoir (82); a supernatant discharge device (85) including a pump for discharging the supernatant of the liquid inside the reservoir (82); and a sedimentation extraction device (86) for extracting sedimentation isolates that have settled at the bottom of the reservoir (82). Substances to be washed such as soil and sand are loaded into a liquid containing micro bubbles, which has accumulated inside the reservoir (82), the liquid containing micro bubbles is repeatedly brought into contact with the surfaces of the substances to be washed by the stirring device (84), fine organic particles such as fine metal particles (including metal ions), solvents, drugs and oil adhered to pits, cracks or the surfaces of the substances to be washed are isolated due to the micro bubbles getting in between the organic particles and the substances to be washed, and then float to the top.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de nettoyage à microbulles (80) qui utilise un liquide contenant des microbulles ayant une taille inférieure à 30 nm pour rincer des particules fines adhérant à de la terre, du sable, etc., de manière à séparer et récupérer lesdites particules fines. Ledit appareil est pourvu de : un réservoir en forme de cuve d’eau (82) ; un dispositif d’agitation (84) positionné au centre du réservoir (82) pour agiter un liquide à l’intérieur du réservoir (82) ; un dispositif de décharge de surnageant (85) comprenant une pompe pour décharger le surnageant du liquide à l’intérieur du réservoir (82) ; et un dispositif d’extraction par sédimentation (86) pour extraire des isolats de sédimentation qui ont décanté au fond du réservoir (82). Des substances à laver telles que de la terre et du sable sont chargées dans un liquide contenant des microbulles qui s’est accumulé à l’intérieur du réservoir (82), le liquide contenant des microbulles est mis en contact de façon répétée avec les surfaces des substances à laver par le dispositif d’agitation (84), des particules organiques fines telles que des particules fines de métal (comprenant des ions métalliques), des solvants, des médicaments et du pétrole adhérant à des piqûres, des fissures ou les surfaces des substances à laver sont isolés grâce aux microbulles qui s’introduisent entre les particules organiques et les substances à laver, et ensuite remontent pour flotter à la surface.
