Abstract
(EN) Provided is a wire feed volume regulating device that can maintain a constant wire tension and feed volume without using a complex mechanism and thereby be easily maintained and have the manufacturing costs of same be reduced. A wire feed volume regulating device comprises a driving shaft (21) and a driven shaft (22), a primary roller (23) that is disposed on the driving shaft (21), a secondary roller (24) that is disposed on the driven shaft (22), a transmitting member (25) that transmits the driving power to the primary roller (23) and the secondary roller (24) by way of frictional contact, a transporting roller (26) that is disposed on the driven roller (21) and that transports a wire (M), and a rocking member (40) that moves the transmitting member (25). The drive power transmission ratio from the primary roller (23) to the secondary roller (24) is varied by moving the transmitting member (25).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de régulation de volume d'alimentation en fil qui peut maintenir une tension de fil et un volume d'alimentation constants sans utiliser de mécanisme complexe, ce qui lui permet d'être facilement entretenu et d'avoir ses coûts de fabrication réduits. Un dispositif de régulation de volume d'alimentation en fil comprend un arbre d'entraînement (21) et un arbre entraîné (22), un rouleau primaire (23) qui est disposé sur l'arbre d'entraînement (21), un rouleau secondaire (24) qui est disposé sur l'arbre entraîné (22), un élément de transmission (25) qui transmet la puissance d'entraînement au rouleau primaire (23) et au rouleau secondaire (24) au moyen d'un contact par frottement, un rouleau de transport (26) qui est disposé sur le rouleau entraîné (21) et qui transporte un fil (M), et un élément basculant (40) qui déplace l'élément de transmission (25). Le rapport de transmission de puissance d'entraînement du rouleau primaire (23) au rouleau secondaire (24) est varié par le déplacement de l'élément de transmission (25).
