Abstract
(EN) A motor vehicle controller according to the invention comprises: means for receiving a signal indicative of a surface friction parameter, said surface friction parameter corresponding to a coefficient of friction between a road wheel and a driving surface; means for receiving a signal indicative of a position of an accelerator control with respect to an allowable range of positions; means for determining a critical powertrain torque limit value in dependence at least in part on the value of the surface friction parameter; and means for providing a traction warning indication to a driver in dependence on the value of the signal indicative of a position of the accelerator control and the critical powertrain torque limit value.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de véhicule motorisé comportant : un moyen permettant de recevoir un signal indiquant un paramètre de frottement de surface, ledit paramètre de frottement de surface correspondant à un coefficient de frottement entre une roue porteuse et une surface d'entraînement ; un moyen permettant de recevoir un signal indiquant une position d'une commande d'accélérateur par rapport à une plage admissible de positions ; un moyen permettant de déterminer une valeur limite de couple du groupe motopropulseur critique en fonction au moins en partie de la valeur du paramètre de frottement de surface ; et un moyen permettant de fournir une indication d'avertissement de traction à un conducteur en fonction de la valeur du signal indiquant une position de la commande d'accélérateur et de la valeur limite de couple du groupe motopropulseur critique.
