Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for treating fluid (2) resulting from hydraulic fracturing with liquid/solid separation (3), comprising the steps of: receiving the fluid in a vessel (4), such as a mixing tank or a plug flow reactor; adding a chemical mix comprising organoclay to the fluid in the vessel (4) to reduce levels of dissolved salts and organic compounds and molecules, and to allow coagulation and flocculation to occur; adding pH-adjustment chemicals to the fluid in the vessel (4) to reduce water hardness; adding a micaceous metal complexing agent to the fluid in the vessel (4) to at least partially remove ionic or complexed metalloids. The invention also relates to an assembly for carrying out the method as well as a vessel (4) to be used therein.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de fluide (2) résultant de la fracturation hydraulique avec séparation liquide/solide (3), comprenant les étapes de : réception du fluide dans un récipient (4), tel qu'une cuve de mélange ou un réacteur à écoulement piston; ajout d'un mélange chimique comprenant un organo-argile au fluide dans la cuve (4) pour réduire les taux de sels et de composés et molécules organiques dissous, et pour permettre qu'une coagulation et une floculation se produisent; ajout de produits chimiques d'ajustement du pH au fluide dans le récipient (4) pour réduire la dureté de l'eau; ajout d'un agent complexant métallique micacé au fluide dans la cuve (4) pour éliminer au moins partiellement les métalloïdes ioniques ou complexés. L'invention concerne en outre un ensemble pour conduire le procédé ainsi qu'un récipient (4) destiné à être utilisé dans celui-ci.
