Abstract
(EN) An analysis system having a processor and a memory for analyzing medical data includes: a data quantification unit that acquires, from a database, shaped information consolidating receipt information and medical checkup information of analysis subjects for each analysis subject and on a predetermined period basis, and creates quantified data by quantifying part or all of discrete values of the shaped information; a model generation unit that generates, on the basis of the shaped information and the quantified data, a graphical model in which probabilistic dependency between nodes corresponding to probability variables representing items of the shaped information is defined by one of a directed edge and an undirected edge; and a prediction unit that predicts at least one of disease onset probability and medical expense on the basis of the generated graphical model.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'analyse possédant un processeur et une mémoire permettant d'analyser des données médicales. Ledit système comprend : une unité de quantification de données qui acquiert, à partir d'une base de données, des informations mises en forme consolidant des informations de réception et des informations d'examen médical de sujets d'analyse pour chaque sujet d'analyse et sur la base d'une période prédéterminée, et crée des données quantifiées par quantification d'une partie ou de la totalité de valeurs discrètes des informations mises en forme ; une unité de génération de modèle qui génère, sur la base des informations mises en forme et des données quantifiées, un modèle graphique dans lequel la dépendance probabiliste entre des nœuds correspondant à des variables de probabilité représentant des éléments des informations mises en forme est définie par une arête orientée et/ou une arête non orientée ; et une unité de prédiction qui prédit une probabilité d'apparition d'une maladie et/ou des dépenses médicales sur la base du modèle graphique généré.
(JA)  プロセッサとメモリとを有して医療データを分析する分析システムであって、分析対象者のレセプト情報及び健診情報を、分析対象者毎にかつ所定期間毎に纏めた整形情報をデータベースから取得して、整形情報の離散値の一部、または全部を定量化して定量化データを生成するデータ定量化部と、整形情報と定量化データに基づいて、整形情報の項目を表す確率変数に対応するノードの間の確率的依存性が、有向辺及び無向辺の一方によって定義されたグラフィカルモデルを生成するモデル生成部と、前記生成されたグラフィカルモデルに基づいて、疾病の発症確率及び医療費の少なくとも一方を予測する予測部と、を有する。
