Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur zerstörungsfreien Prüfung von Metallschmelzschweißverbindungen an dünnwandigen Rohren mit einer maximalen Wanddicke von 6 mm. Es ist mit mindestens einem Prüfkopf zur Emission und Detektion von Schallwellen sowie mindestens einem Justierkörper, der aus einem Werkstoff, der der gleiche oder ein Werkstoff mit zumindest annähernd gleichen akustischen Eigenschaften ist, wie das jeweilige zu prüfende Rohr gebildet. Die Abmaße und die Durchmesser/Dicken des Justierkörpers sind zumindest annähernd gleich zu denen des jeweiligen zu prüfenden Rohres. Im Justierkörper sind mehrere Sacklochbohrungen mit jeweils unterschiedlicher Länge/Tiefe ausgehend von ihrer Öffnung bis zu ihrem Boden ausgebildet.
(EN) The invention relates to a system for the non-destructive testing of welded molten metal joints on thin-walled pipes having a maximum wall thickness of 6 mm. The system is formed with at least one test probe for emitting and detecting sound waves and also with at least one adjustment body, which is made of a material which is the same as, or is a material with at least approximately the same acoustic properties as, the respective pipe to be tested. The dimensions and the diameters/thicknesses of the adjustment body are at least approximately the same as those of the respective pipe to be tested. A plurality of blind holes each with a differing length/depth proceeding from the opening thereof as far as the base thereof are formed in the adjustment body.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de contrôle non destructif de soudures par fusion de métal sur des tubes à paroi mince d'une épaisseur de paroi maximale de 6 mm. Ledit système comprend au moins une sonde, servant à émettre et détecter des ondes acoustiques, et au moins un élément de réglage qui est réalisé à partir d'une matière qui est la même matière, ou une matière ayant au moins approximativement les mêmes propriétés acoustiques, que celle du tube respectif à contrôler. Les dimensions et les diamètres/épaisseurs de l'élément de réglage sont au moins approximativement égaux à ceux du tuyau respectif à contrôler. Dans l'élément de réglage sont formés plusieurs trous borgnes qui ont chacun une longueur/profondeur différente de leur ouverture jusqu'à leur fond.
