Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide, at low cost, a paper diaper that presents no difficulties in paper diaper manufacture in humid climates, and that has a minimal amount of flowback, and rapid absorption time. [Solution] Provided is a particulate absorbent having as the principal component a poly(meth)acrylic acid (salt)-based absorbent resin, wherein the particulate absorbent is characterized in that the weight-average particle diameter has a particle size distribution of 300-500 μm, the moisture absorption blocking ratio when left for one hour at 25°C and 90% relative humidity is 20% or less, the surface tension is 60 mN/m or above, and the gel capillary absorption (GCA) is 28.0 g/g or above.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir, à faible coût, une couche en papier qui ne présente pas de difficultés lors de la fabrication de couches en papier dans des climats humides, qui présente une quantité minimale de reflux et un temps d'absorption rapide. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un absorbant particulaire ayant comme composant principal une résine absorbante à base de poly(acide (méth)acrylique) ou de poly(sel d'acide (méth)acrylique), l'absorbant particulaire étant caractérisé en ce que le diamètre moyen des particules en poids possède une distribution granulométrique de 300 à 500 μm, le taux de blocage de l'absorption d'humidité lorsqu'il est laissé pendant une heure à 25 °C et à une humidité relative de 90 % est inférieur ou égal à 20 %, la tension superficielle est supérieure ou égale à 60 mN/m et l'absorption capillaire sous forme de gel (GCA) est supérieure ou égale à 28,0 g/g.
(JA) 【課題】多湿な地域での紙おむつ製造において不具合がないと共に、戻り量が少なく、吸液時間の短い紙おむつを低コストで提供することである。 【解決手段】ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸(塩)系吸水性樹脂を主成分とする粒子状吸水剤であって、重量平均粒子径が300~500μmの粒度分布を有し、25℃、相対湿度90%の状態で1時間放置した時の吸湿ブロッキング率が20%以下であり、表面張力が60mN/m以上であり、GCA(Gel Capillary Absorption)が28.0g/g以上であることを特徴とする、粒子状吸水剤。
