Abstract
(EN) This surgery system (100) is provided with: a medical instrument (1); an organ measurement means (7) which measures the three-dimensional position of an organ (D) in a bodily cavity; a non-interference region configuration unit (10) which, on the basis of the three-dimensional position of the organ (D), configures a non-interference region in the bodily cavity space that excludes the organ (D); a medical instrument detection means (8) which detects the three-dimensional position of the medical instrument (1) in the bodily cavity; a medical instrument occupying region calculation unit (11) which, on the basis of the three-dimensional position of the medical instrument (1), calculates the region in the bodily cavity occupied by the medical instrument (1); an interference prediction unit (12) which predicts interference between the medical instrument (1) and the organ (D) on the basis of the positional relation between the non-interference region and the region occupied by the medical instrument; and an alert unit (13) which alerts the operator when the interference prediction unit (12) predicts interference.
