Abstract
(EN) Provided is a vegetable sterilizing system which enables conveniently re-using warm water used during heat shock performed after sterilization using ozone water. This vegetable sterilizing system (100) is characterized by being provided with a sterilization tank (2) which sterilizes vegetables by bringing the vegetables into contact with ozone water, a warm water tank (3) which brings the vegetables sterilized in the sterilization tank (2) into contact with warm water to perform heat shock treatment on the vegetables brought into contact with the warm water, a mixing device (9) which sterilizes the used warm water discharged from the warm water tank (3), and a warm water circulation line which is formed such that the warm water treated in the mixing device (9) circulates between the mixing device (9) and the warm water tank (3).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un système de stérilisation de légumes qui permet de réutiliser de manière pratique de l'eau chaude utilisée pendant le choc thermique effectué après la stérilisation à l'aide de l'eau ozonisée. Ce système (100) de stérilisation de légumes est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est pourvu d'un réservoir (2) de stérilisation qui stérilise les légumes par la mise en contact avec de l'eau ozonisée, d'un réservoir (3) d'eau chaude qui met en contact les légumes stérilisés dans le réservoir (2) de stérilisation avec de l'eau chaude pour effectuer un traitement de choc thermique sur les légumes mis en contact avec l'eau chaude, d'un dispositif (9) de mélange qui stérilise l'eau chaude utilisée évacuée du réservoir d'eau chaude (3), et d'une ligne de circulation d'eau chaude qui est formée de telle sorte que l'eau chaude traitée dans le dispositif (9) de mélange circule entre le dispositif (9) de mélange et le réservoir d'eau chaude (3).
(JA)  オゾン水を用いた殺菌後に行うヒートショック時に用いた温水を簡便に再利用可能な野菜の殺菌システムを提供する。オゾン水に野菜を接触させて野菜を殺菌する殺菌槽2と、殺菌槽2において殺菌された野菜と温水とを接触させて、前記温水に接触させた野菜に対してヒートショック処理を行う温水槽3と、温水槽3から排出された使用済みの温水に対して、殺菌を行う混合装置9と、混合装置9で処理された処理温水が、混合装置9と温水槽3との間で循環するように形成される温水循環ラインとを備えていることを特徴とする、野菜の殺菌システム100とする。
