(EN)Multiparametric analysis at the single cell level of biological samples obtained from an individual undergoing surgery is used to obtain a determination of changes in immune cell subsets, which changes include, without limitation, altered activation states of proteins involved in signaling pathways. Changes occur in signaling pathways of these immune cells that are predictive of the recovery status of the individual.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une analyse multiparamétrique au niveau monocellulaire d'échantillons biologiques obtenus à partir d'un individu subissant une opération chirurgicale qui est utilisée pour obtenir une détermination de changements dans des sous-ensembles de cellules immunitaires, lesdits changements comprenant, sans limitation, des états d'activation modifiés de protéines impliquées dans des voies de signalisation. Des changements se produisent dans des voies de signalisation de ces cellules immunitaires qui sont prédictifs de l’état de récupération de l'individu.
