(EN)An inductive power transfer (IPT) converter has a first switching means (2) adapted to produce a time varying input power signal comprising a substantially unipolar stepped waveform (5), and a second switching means (10) adapted to modify the time varying input power signal provided by the first switching means to produce a modified input power signal (6). The converter is coupled to a resonant circuit (3) to receive the modified input signal.
(FR)L'invention concerne un convertisseur à transfert de puissance inductive (IPT) qui comporte un premier moyen de commutation (2) permettant de produire un signal de puissance d'entrée variant dans le temps comprenant une forme d'onde en escalier (5) sensiblement unipolaire, et un second moyen de commutation (10) permettant de modifier le signal de puissance d'entrée variant dans le temps transmis par le premier moyen de commutation pour produire un signal de puissance d'entrée modifié (6).
