(EN)The present invention relates to a method for producing 1,3-propanediol using a microorganism variant with a deletion of a 2,3-butanediol synthetic gene and, more specifically, to a variant microorganism wherein, in a microorganism having an ability to produce 1,3-propanediol from glycerol, a gene coding lactate dehydrogenase and a gene of an enzyme involved in the synthesis of 2,3-butanediol are deleted, and a gene coding pyruvate decarboxylase and a gene coding aldehyde dehydrogenase are inserted or amplified; and to a method for promoting the production of 1,3-propanediol by using the variant microorganism. The use of a glycerol fermentation microorganism variant according to the present invention can remarkably increase the production of 1,3-propanediol while maximally suppressing the production of 2,3-butanediol.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de 1,3-propanediol à l'aide d'un micro-organisme variant portant une délétion du gène de la synthèse du 2,3-butanediol et, plus spécifiquement, d'un variant de micro-organisme tel que, dans un micro-organisme ayant une aptitude à produire du 1,3-propanediol à partir du glycérol, un gène codant une lactate déshydrogénase et un gène d'une enzyme impliquée dans la synthèse du 2,3-butanediol sont supprimés, et un gène codant la pyruvate décarboxylase et un gène codant une aldéhyde déshydrogénase sont introduits ou amplifiés ; et un procédé pour favoriser la production de 1,3-propanediol en utilisant le micro-organisme variant. L'utilisation d'un micro-organisme variant capable de fermenter le glycérol selon la présente invention peut remarquablement accroître la production de 1,3-propanediol, tout en supprimant au maximum la production de 2,3-butanediol.
(KO)본 발명은 2,3-부탄디올 합성 유전자가 결실된 미생물 변이체를 이용한 1,3-프로판디올의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 글리세롤로부터 1,3-프로판디올을 생성능을 가지는 미생물에서, 락테이트 디하이드로게나제를 코딩하는 유전자와 2,3-부탄디올 합성에 관여하는 효소의 유전자가 결실되어 있고, 피루베이트 디카르복실라제를 코딩하는 유전자와 알데히드 디하이드로게나제를 코딩하는 유전자가 삽입 또는 증폭되어 있는 변이 미생물 및 상기 변이 미생물을 이용하여 2,3-부탄디올의 생성을 억제하면서 1,3-프로판디올의 생성을 촉진하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 글리세롤 발효 미생물 변이체를 이용하면 2,3-부탄디올의 생성은 최대한 억제하면서 1,3-프로판디올의 생산량을 월등히 개선할 수 있다.
