Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a shock absorption device. The shock absorption device according to the present invention is configured to absorb a shock, which results from collision with a vehicle, through friction. According to the present invention, multiple support frames (100) are movably installed on the ground at a predetermined interval, and friction panels (200) are connected to both ends of the support frames (100), respectively. The front end of the friction panel (200) is fixed and connected to one support frame (100), and the same is connected to a support frame (100) on the rear end to be able to move relatively. At least one of fasteners (232), which penetrate a guide slot (214) of a friction panel (200) positioned on the outside of an overlapping portion of the friction panels (200), is fastened to a support frame (100) through a fastening through-hole (218) of a friction panel (200) positioned on the inside. The fastener (232) is fastened to a support frame (100) through a spacer bar (230) positioned on a trough (212) of the friction panel (200), and the spacer bar (230) has multiple through-holes (231) formed therein, the fastener (232) penetrating the through-holes (231). The present invention, as described above, is advantageous in that a shock absorption action is performed by friction between the friction panels (200) and by friction between the friction panels (200) and the spacer bar (230) such that a comparatively large friction area can be secured, thereby increasing the shock absorption capability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amortissement. Le dispositif d'amortissement selon la présente invention est configuré pour amortir un choc, qui résulte d'une collision avec un véhicule, au moyen d'une friction. Selon la présente invention, de multiples cadres de support (100) sont installés de façon mobile sur le sol à un intervalle prédéterminé, et des panneaux de friction (200) sont reliés aux deux extrémités des cadres de support (100), respectivement. L'extrémité avant du panneau de friction (200) est fixée et reliée à un premier cadre de support (100), et ce dernier est relié à un cadre de support (100) sur l'extrémité arrière de façon à pouvoir se déplacer relativement. Au moins un parmi des éléments de fixation (232), qui pénètrent dans une fente de guidage (214) d'un panneau de friction (200) positionné sur l'extérieur d'une partie de chevauchement des panneaux de friction (200), est fixé à un cadre de support (100) à travers un trou traversant de fixation (218) d'un panneau de friction (200) positionné à l'intérieur. L'élément de fixation (232) est fixé à un cadre de support (100) à travers une barre d'espacement (230) positionnée sur un creux (212) du panneau de friction (200), et la barre d'espacement (230) a de multiples trous traversants (231) formés à l'intérieur de cette dernière, l'élément de fixation (232) pénétrant dans les trous traversants (231). La présente invention, comme décrite ci-dessus, est avantageuse en ce qu'une action d'amortissement est réalisée par friction entre les panneaux de friction (200) et par friction entre les panneaux de friction (200) et la barre d'espacement (230), de telle sorte qu'une zone de friction relativement grande peut être assurée, augmentant ainsi la capacité d'amortissement.
(KO) 본 발명은 충격흡수장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 충격흡수장치는 차량의 충돌에 의한 충격을 마찰로 흡수하도록 하는 것이다. 본 발명에서는 다수개의 지지프레임(100)이 소정의 간격을 두고 지면에 이동가능하게 설치되고, 상기 지지프레임(100)의 양단에는 마찰패널(200)이 각각 연결된다. 상기 마찰패널(200)의 선단은 하나의 지지프레임(100)에 고정되어 연결되고, 후단의 지지프레임(100)에는 상대 이동가능하게 연결된다. 상기 마찰패널(200)이 겹쳐진 부분에서 외측에 위치하는 마찰패널(200)의 안내슬롯(214)을 관통한 체결구(232)중 적어도 하나는 내측에 위치하는 마찰패널(200)의 체결통공(218)을 관통하여 지지프레임(100)에 체결된다. 상기 체결구(232)는 상기 마찰패널(200)의 골부(212)에 위치되는 스페이서바(230)를 관통하여 지지프레임(100)에 체결되는데, 상기 스페이서바(230)는 상기 체결구(232)가 관통하는 관통공(231)이 다수개 형성되어 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에서는 상기 마찰패널(200) 사이의 마찰과 상기 마찰패널(200)과 스페이서바(230) 사이의 마찰로 충격흡수작용을 수행하는데, 상대적으로 넓은 마찰면적을 확보할 수 있어, 충격흡수능력이 커지는 이점이 있다.
