(EN)The present invention relates to a method for specifically detecting a β-lactam antibiotic-resistant strain by amplifying target genes using various primers and probes, and to a kit using the same. The method of the present invention can detect the β-lactam antibiotic-resistant strain with very high efficiency through multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using a β-lactamase target gene (specifically, ESBL gene, AmpC β-lactamase gene, or carbapenemase gene)-specific primer pair and a probe. In addition, the kit of the present invention can detect target genes in samples through multiplex real-time PCR conveniently and efficiently. Therefore, the method and kit of the present invention can selectively and easily detect the infection of samples with β-lactam antibiotic-resistant strains, and, based on this fact, can be applied to the treatment of diseases more accurately.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de détecter spécifiquement une souche résistant à un bêta-lactame antibiotique par l'amplification de gènes cibles au moyen de différentes amorces et sondes, et un kit l'utilisant. Le procédé de la présente invention permet de détecter la souche résistant au bâta-lactame antibiotique avec une efficacité très élevée, par une réaction de polymérase (PCR) en chaîne en temps réel multiplexe au moyen d'une paire d'amorce spécifique d'un gène cible bêta-lactamase (plus précisément, le gène BLSE, le gène ß-lactamase AmpC, ou le gène de carbapénèmase) et d'une sonde. En outre, le kit de la présente invention peut détecter commodément et efficacité des gènes cibles dans des échantillons par PCR multiplexe en temps réel. Par conséquent, le procédé et le kit de la présente invention permettent de détecter sélectivement et facilement l'infection d'échantillons avec des souches résistant au bêta-lactame antibiotique, et, de ce fait, peuvent être appliqués au traitement de maladies avec plus de précision.
(KO)본 발명은 다양한 프라이머 및 프로브를 이용하여 타겟 유전자들을 증폭시켜 β-락탐 항생제 내성 균주를 특이적으로 검출하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 β-락타마아제 타겟 유전자(구체적으로는, ESBL 유전자, AmpC β-락타마아제 유전자 또는 카바페네마아제 유전자)-특이적인 프라이머 쌍과 프로브를 이용한 멀티플렉스 실-시간 PCR(multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction)을 통해 β-락탐 항생제 내성 균주를 매우 높은 효율로 검출할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 키트는 시료 내 타겟 유전자들을 멀티플렉스 실-시간 PCR을 통해 간편하고 효율적으로 검출할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 방법 및 키트는 β-락탐 항생제 내성 균주들의 시료 내 감염 여부를 선택적으로 용이하게 검출할 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 보다 정확하게 질환의 치료에 적용될 수 있다.
