Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an SCR catalyst comprising vanadium and tungsten supported on a carbon material and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for supporting vanadium and tungsten on a carbon material which has excellent abrasion resistance and strength, and can be easily produced. A method for preparing a vanadium and tungsten support according to the present invention comprises: a first step for dispersing an graphene oxide (GO) or a reduced graphene oxide (RGO) in deionized water; a second step for dispersing ammonium meta vanadate (AMV), which is a vanadium precursor, and ammonium meta tungstate, which is a tungsten precursor, in the deionized water; a third step for stirring the mixture resulting from the first and second steps; and a fourth step for subjecting the mixture resulting from the third step to evaporation, drying, and then heat treatment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un catalyseur de réduction catalytique sélective (SCR) comprenant du vanadium et du tungstène supportés sur un matériau carboné et un procédé pour le préparer. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un procédé pour lier du vanadium et du tungstène sur un matériau carboné présentant une résistance à l'abrasion et une résistance excellentes et pouvant être facilement produit. Un procédé de préparation d'un support de vanadium et de tungstène selon la présente invention comprend : une première étape de dispersion d'un oxyde de graphène (GO) ou d'un oxyde de graphène réduit (RGO) dans de l'eau désionisée; une deuxième étape de dispersion de méta-vanadate d'ammonium (AMV), qui est un précurseur de vanadium, et de méta-tungstate d'ammonium, qui est un précurseur de tungstène, dans l'eau désionisée; une troisième étape consistant à agiter le mélange résultant de la première et la deuxième étapes; et une quatrième étape consistant à soumettre le mélange obtenu à la troisième étape à évaporation, séchage, puis traitement thermique.
(KO) 본 발명은 바나듐 및 텅스텐 담지 탄소재료가 포함된 SCR 촉매 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 내마모성이 우수하고 강도가 우수하며 쉽게 제조가 가능한 탄소재료에 바나듐 및 텅스텐을 담지하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 바나듐 및 텅스텐 담지체의 제조방법은, 탈염수(Deionized Water)에 그래핀 옥사이드(GO : Graphene Oxide) 또는 환원 그래핀 옥사이드(RGO : Reduced Graphene Oxide)를 분산시키는 제 1 단계; 바나듐의 전구체인 AMV(Ammonium Meta Vanadate) 및 텅스텐의 전구체인 AMT(Ammonium Meta Tungstate)를 탈염수에 분산시키는 제 2 단계; 상기 제 1 단계 및 제 2 단계의 결과물들을 교반하는 제 3 단계; 및 상기 제 3 단계의 결과물들을 증발시킨 후, 건조시키고, 열처리를 수행하는 제 4 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
