Abstract:

(EN)The present invention relates to a grinder for the outside diameter of curved window glass of a mobile device, the grinder grinding the outside diameter of curved window glass by means of an abrasive material. The grinder comprises a glass jig unit, a glass grinding unit, an abrasive material circulating unit, a control unit, a frame unit and a vacuum pump unit, and thus can grind a curved surface having a complex form and a large curve, maximize productivity by enhancing yield by means of thorough grinding, and produce high quality curved window glass by enhancing the quality of curved window glass.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur une meuleuse pour le diamètre externe d'une vitre courbée d'un dispositif mobile, laquelle meuleuse meule le diamètre externe d'une vitre courbée à l'aide d'un matériau abrasif. La meuleuse comprend une unité de monture de vitre, une unité de meulage de vitre, une unité de circulation de matériau abrasif, une unité de commande, une unité de bâti et une unité de pompe à vide, et peut par conséquent meuler une surface courbée ayant une forme complexe et une grande courbe, maximiser la productivité par l'amélioration du rendement de production à l'aide d'un meulage complet, et produire une vitre courbée de haute qualité par amélioration de la qualité de la vitre courbée .
