(EN)The present invention relates to a trapezoidal polarized fluorescence bioreactor. More particularly, the formation of a biofilm, which is formed by a photosynthetic microorganism, is essentially inhibited by spraying air bubbles at certain intervals at both flat edges of the bottom at the lowest part of the reactor to make the air bubbles ascend over the wall surfaces. In addition, a culture medium ascends along the wall surfaces due to the lift of air bubbles and drops at a central part so that efficient circulation is achieved, allowing light, nutrients, and CO2 to be evenly provided to microalgae. Moreover, due to inclined walls, when culturing is performed outdoors using the reactor, it is possible to more effectively receive solar light than when using a reactor having vertical walls, thus allowing light energy to be more efficiently used.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un bioréacteur trapézoïdal à fluorescence polarisée. Plus particulièrement, la formation d'un biofilm, qui est formé par un micro-organisme photosynthétique, est essentiellement inhibée par la pulvérisation de bulles d'air à certains intervalles au niveau des deux bords plats du fond de la partie plus basse du réacteur pour que les bulles d'air montent sur les surfaces de paroi. De plus, un milieu de culture monte le long des surfaces de paroi grâce à l'ascension des bulles d'air et tombe au niveau d'une partie centrale de sorte qu'une circulation efficace est obtenue, permettant à la lumière, aux nutriments, et au CO2 d'alimenter uniformément les micro-algues. En outre, grâce aux parois inclinées, lorsque la culture est effectuée en extérieur au moyen du réacteur, il est possible de recevoir la lumière solaire plus efficacement que lorsqu'on utilise un réacteur à parois verticales, ce qui permet une utilisation plus efficace de l'énergie lumineuse.
(KO)본 발명은 사다리꼴 평판형광생물반응기에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 반응기의 최하층부 바닥의 양쪽 평면모서리 부분에서 공기방울을 일정한 간격으로 분사함으로써 공기방울이 벽면을 쓸고 올라가면서 광합성미생물에 의해 형성되는 바이오필름의 형성을 근본적으로 억제한다. 또한 공기방울의 상승력으로 배양액이 벽면을 타고 올라갔다가 중심부분에서 떨어지면서 효과적인 순환을 만들어내어 미세조류가 빛, 영양분, CO2를 골고루 받을 수 있게 한다. 뿐만 아니라 기울어진 벽면으로 인해 이 배양기를 이용해 옥외에서 배양을 할 경우 수직벽면을 갖는 배양기에 비해 효과적으로 태양광을 받게 하여 빛에너지를 더 효율적으로 이용할 수 있게 한다.
