(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter la résistance à un stress non biologique d'une plante, le procédé comprenant une étape de transfection de cellules végétales avec un vecteur recombinant comprenant un gène codant une protéine A7 sous-unitaire (NF-YA7) de facteur nucléaire Y dérivée de Oryza sativa. Le gène codant la protéine NF-YA7 dérivée de Oryza sativa de la présente invention peut être utilisé favorablement pour développer une plante transgénique à résistance accrue à la sécheresse.
