Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing fiber-reinforced composite material moldings, the method being capable of making the physical properties of a pressurized molding of a preform with a three-dimensional shape to be excellent and of stably ensuring molding quality. The method for manufacturing fiber-reinforced composite material moldings comprises: a step (A) for obtaining multiple partial preforms having partial shapes that are divisions of the three-dimensional shape of the intended fiber-reinforced composite material molding by cutting a sheet-shaped prepreg containing reinforcing fiber and a matrix resin composition and pre-forming the obtained cut prepreg pieces or a laminate thereof; a step (B) for obtaining a preform with the three-dimensional shape of the intended fiber-reinforced composite material molding by joining the multiple partial preforms and then unifying same; and a step (C) for obtaining the fiber-reinforced composite material molding by pressurized molding of the preform. Step (B) includes disposing a foaming material between the multiple partial preforms and joining same.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées à base d'un matériau composite renforcé par fibres, le procédé permettant de produire une pièce moulée par pression à partir d'une préforme tridimensionnelle, ayant d'excellentes propriétés physiques et garantissant une qualité de moulage stable. Le procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées à base d'un matériau composite renforcé par des fibres selon l'invention comprend : une étape (A) d'obtention de multiples préformes partielles ayant des formes partielles qui sont des sous-ensembles de la forme tridimensionnelle de la pièce moulée à base d'un matériau composite renforcé par fibres envisagée par découpe d'un pré-imprégné en feuille contenant des fibres de renfort et une composition de résine formant matrice et de pré-formage des pièces pré-imprégnées découpées obtenues ou d'un stratifié de celles-ci ; une étape (B) d'obtention d'une préforme ayant la forme tridimensionnelle de la pièce moulée à base d'un matériau composite renforcé par fibres envisagée par assemblage, puis solidarisation des multiples préformes partielles ; et une étape (C) d'obtention de la pièce moulée à base d'un matériau composite renforcé par fibres par moulage sous pression de la préforme. L'étape (B) comprend l'insertion d'un matériau expansible entre les multiples préformes partielles et leur assemblage.
