(EN)Provided is a method for producing machine components that involves a nitriding treatment without the use of ammonia gas, and that achieves greater energy conservation. This method for producing a machine component comprises: a step for preparing a steel member (90); a step for forming a vanadium-containing film on the surface of the steel member (90) by oxidizing the steel member (90) by using a blackening liquid (4); and a step for forming a nitrogen-rich layer on said surface of said steel member (90) by heating said steel member (90), on which said vanadium-containing film has been formed, in a heat-treatment gas atmosphere that includes nitrogen gas and does not include ammonia gas.
(FR)L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de production de composants de machine, qui comprend un traitement de nitruration sans l'utilisation d'ammoniac gazeux et qui permet de réaliser une plus grande économie d'énergie. Ce procédé de production d'un composant de machine comprend : une étape consistant à préparer un élément en acier (90) ; une étape consistant à former un film contenant du vanadium sur la surface de l'élément en acier (90) par oxydation de l'élément en acier (90) à l'aide d'un liquide de bronzage (4) ; et une étape consistant à former une couche riche en azote sur ladite surface dudit élément en acier (90) par chauffage dudit élément en acier (90), sur lequel ledit film contenant du vanadium a été formé, dans une atmosphère de gaz de traitement thermique qui comprend de l'azote gazeux et ne comprend pas d'ammoniac gazeux.
