Abstract:
(EN) An electron beam irradiator 7 of the present invention includes: an vacuum chamber 1 having an interior in a vacuum state; an electron beam generator 6 provided in the vacuum chamber 1 to generate electron beams; a window structure 5 including a transmission window for emitting electron beams generated by the electron beam generator 6 to the outside of the vacuum chamber 1 and a thin portion that covers the transmission window to keep the vacuum state in the vacuum chamber and allows transmission of electron beams; an insulating separator 4 that separates the window structure 5 and the vacuum chamber 1; an insulating cover 3 shaped like a layer covering the outer surface of the window structure 5; and a conductive layer 2 that is provided over the outer surfaces of the insulating separator 4 and the insulating cover 3 and is grounded.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un irradiateur à faisceau d'électrons (7) qui inclut : une chambre à vide (1) comportant un intérieur à l'état de vide ; un générateur de faisceau d'électrons (6) installé dans la chambre à vide (1) pour générer des faisceaux d'électrons ; une structure de fenêtre (5) incluant une fenêtre de transmission permettant d'émettre des faisceaux d'électrons générés par le générateur de faisceaux d'électrons (6) vers l'extérieur de la chambre à vide (1) et une partie mince qui recouvre la fenêtre de transmission pour maintenir l'état de vide dans la chambre à vide et qui permet la transmission de faisceaux d'électrons ; un séparateur isolant (4) qui sépare la structure de fenêtre (5) et la chambre à vide (1) ; un couvercle isolant (3) présentant la forme d'une couche recouvrant la surface extérieure de la structure de fenêtre (5) ; et une couche conductrice (2) qui est disposée au-dessus des surfaces extérieures du séparateur isolant (4) et du couvercle isolant (3) et qui est reliée à la masse.
