Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a touch sensor that can sufficiently secure in-plane uniformity of sensor sensitivity even if the touch surface has a 3D shape; a touch device; and a method for producing a touch sensor. A flexible substrate (44) is configured from a thermoplastic material, and a plurality of detection electrodes (top electrode (50), bottom electrode (60), first electrode (76), and second electrode (78)) are configured from thin metal wires. At conductive films (301, 302), 3D sections (72, 204) are formed configuring 3D regions (80, 208) that have a non-planar or curved surface shape and are at least a portion of the detection regions (82, 210). At the 3D sections (72, 204), a conductive section (48) is provided to only one surface (second surface (46b)) of the flexible substrate (44).
(FR) L'invention concerne : un capteur de toucher qui peut assurer de manière suffisante l'uniformité dans le plan de la sensibilité de capteur même si la surface tactile a une forme tridimensionnelle (3D) ; un dispositif tactile ; et un procédé pour produire un capteur de toucher. Un substrat souple (44) est configuré à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique, et une pluralité d'électrodes de détection (électrode supérieure (50), électrode inférieure (60), première électrode (76) et seconde électrode (78)) sont configurées à partir de fils métalliques minces. Au niveau de films conducteurs (301, 302), des sections 3D (72, 204) sont formées en configurant des régions 3D (80, 208) qui ont une forme de surface non plane ou incurvée et sont au moins une partie des régions de détection (82, 210). Au niveau des sections 3D (72, 204), une section conductrice (48) est située sur uniquement une surface (seconde surface (46b)) du substrat souple (44).
