(EN)The present invention relates to the manufacture of bio-sourced acrylic acid using glycerol as a raw material, the term bio-sourced acid indicating that the acrylic acid is essentially produced from a carbon source of natural origin. The present invention concerns, more particularly, a method for recovery and purification of said acid in a compact facility without the use of an organic solvent, as well as a method for production of acrylic acid from glycerol which includes this recovery and purification method. The method is based in particular on obtaining a gaseous reaction effluent of raw acrylic acid that minimizes the water to acrylic acid mass ratio, enabling upstream resolution of the essential problems posed by the presence of water and impurities in a solvent-free recovery and purification method.
(FR)La présente invention concerne la fabrication d'acide acrylique bio-sourcé à partir de glycérol comme matière première, le terme acide bio-sourcé indiquant que l'acide acrylique est essentiellement fondé sur une source de carbone d'origine naturelle. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet un procédé de récupération/purification dudit acide dans une installation compacte sans mettre en œuvre de solvant organique, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'acide acrylique à partir de glycérol intégrant ce processus de récupération/purification. Ce procédé est basé notamment sur l'obtention d'un effluent réactionnel gazeux d'acide acrylique brut minimisant le rapport massique eau/acide acrylique permettant de résoudre en amont l'essentiel des problèmes posés par la présence d'eau et des impuretés dans un processus de récupération/purification sans solvant.
