(EN)A long-acting hypodermic injection gel composition comprising insulin or exenatide and capable of controlling and releasing liposome, and a preparation method therefor. The control and release composition has very high bioavailability, and continuously performs release according to an effective drug concentration in a period and does not have an excessively high initial rapid release. The preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: mixing insulin or exenatide with lipid and a water dispersion medium, and then mixing the mixture with gel solutions such as poloxamer (such as F127 or P123) and/or a gelatin and a hyaluronic acid (HA), so as to form a protective layer on each lipid micrometer capsule and nanocapsule and deliver the drugs by means of intramuscular injection, abdominal injection or hypodermic injection, so that one injection can provide an effective period of 2 to 7 days, thereby reducing side effects of pains and stimulations.
(FR)L'invention concerne une composition liposomes-gel à libération contrôlée et action prolongée contenant un principe actif à activité hypoglycémique ainsi que son procédé de préparation. Ladite composition présente une biodisponibilité élevée, d'où une libération prolongée efficace de la concentration du médicament sans libération initiale trop rapide. Selon le procédé de préparation on mélange, après avoir mélangé une insuline ou exénatide, un lipide et un milieu de dispersion aqueuse, la solution de gel avec, entre autres, un poloxamère (par exemple F127 ou P123) et/ou une gélatine et un acide hyaluronique (HA). On obtient une couche de protection sur chaque surface de microcapsule ou nanocapsule lipide de manière à administrer un médicament par injection intramusculaire, injection abdominale ou injection sous-cutanée de telle sorte qu'une seule injection puisse avoir pendant 2 à 7 jours, par exemple mais non limitativement, une action analgésique et calmante.
