Abstract:
(EN) The present invention comprises a method for automated, high throughput molecular identification of macromolecular organic compounds. The method may provide an approximate solution to a momentum transfer cross section of an analyte in a buffer gas as measured by an ion mobility spectrometer that has low computational demand, has a high level of accuracy, and is adaptable for a variety of drift gases.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification moléculaire automatisée à haut débit de composés organiques macromoléculaires. Le procédé permet d'obtenir une solution approchée d'une section efficace de collision élastique d'un analyte dans un gaz tampon lorsqu'elle est mesurée par un spectromètre de mobilité ionique présentant une faible demande de calcul, un haut niveau de précision et pouvant être adapté à une grande variété de gaz de dérive.
