(FR) SYSTÈME ET PROCÉDÉ PERMETTANT DE MESURER INSTANTANÉMENT LE RAYON DE COURBURE D'UNE PIÈCE
Abstract:
(EN) The invention pertains to a system and method allowing the bending radii of the pieces (20) to be measured instantly during the bending process in three- or four-roller bending machines (10). According to this, the bending machine (10) is provided with a left distance sensor (30) and a right distance sensor (40) which are located in both sides of the upper roller (11) in a symmetrical or asymmetrical manner, the distance between which can be changed, and which determine the coordinates ((x1,y1), (x2,y2)) of two points (A, B) on the piece (20) instantly. The coordinate information ((x1,y1), (x2,y2)) read by said distance sensors (30, 40) are transferred to the control device (50) of the bending machine (10). The control device (50) has an algorithm which determines the coordinate (x3,y3) of a third point (C) on the piece (20) using the transferred coordinate information ((x1,y1), (x2,y2)) and upper roller circle (C1) radius value and which calculates the instant bending radius of the piece (20) with the algorithm of the circle passing over the three points.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de mesurer instantanément le rayon de courbure de pièces (20) pendant le processus de cintrage dans des machines à cintrer (10) à trois ou quatre rouleaux. Selon l'invention, la machine à cintrer (10) est munie d'un capteur de distance gauche (30) et d'un capteur de distance droit (40) qui sont placés symétriquement ou asymétriquement de chaque côté du rouleau supérieur (11) et dont l' écartement peut être modifié, et qui déterminent instantanément les coordonnées ((x1,y1),(x2,y2)) de deux points (A, B) sur la pièce (20). Les informations de coordonnées ( (x1,y1), (x2,y2)) lues par lesdits capteurs de distance (30, 40) sont transférées vers le dispositif de commande (50) de la machine à cintrer(10). Le dispositif de commande (50) contient un algorithme qui détermine la coordonnée (x3,y3) d'un troisième point (C) sur la pièce (20) au moyen des informations de coordonnées transférées ((x1,y1),(x2,y2)) et de la valeur du rayon (C1) du cercle du rouleau supérieur, et qui calcule le rayon de courbure instantané de la pièce (20) au moyen de l'algorithme du cercle passant sur les trois points.
