(FR) SUPPORT PERMETTANT UNE STABILISATION DE LA TEMPÉRATURE DE COMPOSANTS OPTIQUES
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to optoelectronic laser devices, more precisely it relates to a mount for mounting optical components with an emphasis on temperature stabilization and their adjustment. The mount for temperature stabilization of optical components is characterized in that improved temperature responsiveness of the optomechanic assembly is achieved, and in addition uniform heat supply or removal, respectively, from entire side surfaces of the optical component is ensured by decreasing of the volume of thermally active part of the mount and by placing heat conducting brackets, which surround the optical element; that a disconnection of the thermally active part and a thermally inactive part of the mount is achieved with point or line contacts or the thermally active part is made of a material with high thermal conductivity, while the thermally inactive part of the mount is made of a material with low thermal conductivity; that the mount can be made from a single piece, which allows further simplification for cylindrically shaped optical components, for which the mechanical mount from one piece also functions as heat conductive brackets.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à des dispositifs optoélectroniques à laser ; plus précisément, elle se rapporte à un support permettant de monter des composants optiques en mettant l'accent sur la stabilisation de la température et leur réglage. Le support permettant une stabilisation de la température des composants optiques est caractérisé en ce qu'une meilleure thermosensibilité de l'ensemble optomécanique est obtenue, et, de plus, qu'un apport de chaleur uniforme ou une élimination de chaleur uniforme, respectivement, depuis toutes les surfaces latérales du composant optique est assuré/assurée par diminution du volume de la partie thermoactive du support et par agencement de supports thermoconducteurs, qui entourent l'élément optique ; qu'une déconnexion de la partie thermoactive et d'une partie thermo-inactive du support est réalisée avec des contacts de point ou de ligne ou que la partie thermoactive est composée d'un matériau présentant une conductivité thermique élevée alors que la partie thermo-inactive du support est composée d'un matériau présentant une faible conductivité thermique ; que le support peut être réalisé en une seule pièce, ce qui permet en outre une simplification des composants optiques de forme cylindrique, pour lesquels le support mécanique d'une seule pièce sert également de supports thermoconducteurs.
