(EN)The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and printing method of the glow-in-the-dark logo containing a phosphorescent pigment, which can be used through the attachment on clothing, shoes, hats, and bags, and more specifically, the manufacturing method comprises: a raw material mixing step of mixing a synthetic resin, a phosphorescent pigment, a fluorescent dye, and a curing agent; a raw material feeding step of feeding a raw material mixture, which has been prepared through the raw material mixing step, into a mold; and a heating and molding step of heating the raw material mixture, which has been fed into the mold through the raw material feeding step. The glow-in-the-dark logo manufactured through the above procedure contains the phosphorescent pigment, thereby exhibiting an excellent fluorescent effect, and is attached to a fabric using high frequency, thereby exhibiting a strong attachment effect to the fabric even without using an adhesive.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication et un procédé d'impression d'un logo phosphorescent contenant un pigment phosphorescent, qui peut être utilisé par la fixation sur des vêtements, des chaussures, des chapeaux et des sacs, et de façon plus spécifique, le procédé de fabrication comprend : une étape de mélange de matière première consistant à mélanger une résine synthétique, un pigment phosphorescent, un colorant fluorescent et un agent de durcissement ; une étape d'alimentation de matière première consistant à alimenter un mélange de matière première, qui a été préparé dans l'étape de mélange de matière première, dans un moule ; et une étape de chauffage et de moulage consistant à chauffer le mélange de matière première, qui a été introduit dans le moule dans l'étape d'alimentation de matière première . Le logo phosphorescent fabriqué par le mode opératoire ci-dessus contient le pigment phosphorescent, présentant ainsi un excellent effet fluorescent, et est fixé à un tissu à l'aide d'une haute fréquence, ce qui permet de présenter un fort effet de fixation au tissu, même sans utiliser d'adhésif.
(KO)본 발명은 의류, 신발, 모자 및 가방등에 부착되어 사용될 수 있는 축광안료가 함유된 야광로고의 제조방법 및 인쇄방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 합성수지, 축광안료, 형광색소 및 경화제를 혼합하는 원료혼합단계, 상기 원료혼합단계를 통해 제조된 원료혼합물을 금형에 투입하는 원료투입단계 및 상기 원료투입단계 통해 금형에 투입된 원료혼합물을 가열하는 가열성형단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조되는 야광로고는 축광안료가 함유되어 우수한 야광효과를 나타내며, 고주파를 이용하여 원단에 부착되기 때문에 접착제를 사용하지 않고도 원단과 강력하게 접착되는 효과를 나타낸다.
