(EN)The present invention relates to a prosthetic heart valve which maintains the same structure as a human heart valve by a stent made of a metal material having good flexibility, and improves the durability against fatigue due to valve functions and increases tightly supporting force by fitting valve leaflets into elongated holes of the stent without stitching seam portions where the stent and the valve leaflets come in contact with each other, and to a manufacturing method therefor. More specifically, the prosthetic heart valve comprises: a metal stent having three protruding posts, downward curvature ends which are recessed downwardly and are connected between the posts, valve holes which are formed around both sides of an elongated hole formed in the center of each post, and a plurality of stitch holes formed along a cylindrical-shaped body below the valve holes; a fabric inserted into the metal stent, covering the entire outer surface of the metal stent, stitched along the stitch holes, and having cutout holes which are cut so as to communicate with the elongated holes; and three valve leaflets made of bovine pericardium or porcine pericardium and stitched in the inside of the metal stent covered with the fabric while passing stitching thread through the stitch holes, wherein each valve leaflet has a coupling end fitted into the elongated hole, both the distal ends of the coupling end projecting from the elongated hole are stitched to the valve holes, and the remaining part (the upper end of the valve leaflet) is freely located. Accordingly, since seam portions where the stent and the valve leaflets come in contact with each other are not stitched, the present invention has advantages in that a crack or breakage is prevented and durability is improved, compared to a woven type prosthetic heart valve.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une valvule prothétique qui conserve la même structure qu'une valvule cardiaque humaine, par le biais d'un stent constitué d'un matériau métallique possédant une bonne flexibilité, qui améliore la durabilité contre la fatigue due aux fonctions de la valvule, et qui augmente fortement la force de support grâce à l'ajustement de feuillets valvulaires dans des trous allongés du stent, sans coudre des parties de couture là où le stent et les feuillets valvulaires sont en contact. L'invention porte en outre sur son procédé de fabrication associé. Plus spécifiquement, ladite valvule prothétique comprend les éléments suivants : un stent métallique comportant trois montants faisant saillie, des extrémités de courbure vers le bas qui sont en retrait vers le bas et sont reliées entre les montants, des trous de valvule formées autour des deux côtés d'un trou allongé pratiqué dans le centre de chaque montant, et une pluralité de piqûres formées le long d'un corps cylindrique sous les trous de valvule ; un tissu inséré dans le stent métallique, recouvrant toute la surface extérieure du stent métallique, cousu le long des piqûres, et présentant des trous de découpe pratiqués de manière à communiquer avec les trous allongés ; et trois feuillets valvulaires constitués de péricarde bovin ou de péricarde porcin et cousus à l'intérieur du stent métallique recouvert par le tissu lors du passage du fil de suture à travers les piqûres, chaque feuillet valvulaire possédant une extrémité de couplage ajustée dans le trou allongé, les deux extrémités distales de l'extrémité d'accouplement faisant saillie depuis le trou allongé étant cousues dans les piqûres, et la partie restante (l'extrémité supérieure du feuillet valvulaire) étant placée librement. En conséquence, étant donné que certaines parties de couture au niveau desquelles le stent et les feuillets valvulaires entrent en contact ne sont pas cousues, la présente invention présente l'avantages d'empêcher les fissures et ruptures et d'améliorer la durabilité, par rapport à une valvule prothétique de type tissé.
(KO)본 발명은 유연성이 좋은 금속재 스텐트에 의해 사람심장밸브와 같은 구조를 유지해주며 판막엽이 서로 맞닿는 이음새부분에 꿰매지 않고 스텐트의 장홀에 끼워서 판막기능에 의한 피로 내구성이 향상되며 밀착 지지력이 증대되는 인공심장판막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 세 개의 돌출 포스트와 포스트의 사이는 하부로 함몰된 하향곡률단으로 연결되되, 상기 포스트의 중앙에 형성되는 장홀의 양측 주변에 형성되는 판막홀과, 상기 판막홀의 하부에서 원통 형상의 몸체를 따라 바늘질구멍이 다수개로 형성된 금속스텐트를 형성하고, 상기 금속스텐트의 내측으로 삽입하여 외면 전체를 감싸 바늘질구멍을 따라 꿰메고, 상기 장홀과 연통되도록 절개되는 절개홀을 형성된 천을 형성하며, 상기 천이 씌워진 금속스텐트의 내측으로 소심낭이나 돼지심낭으로 바느질 실로 타원형의 바느질구멍을 통과하며 꿰매고 장홀에 끼워져 나온 결합단 양 끝단이 판막홀에 꿰매어지고 나머지 부분(판막엽의 상단)은 자유롭게 위치하는 3개의 판막엽으로 구성하여; 스텐트와 판막엽이 서로 맞닿는 이음새부분이 꿰매지지 않음으로써 엮음 방식보다 절개나 파손이 방지되고 내구성이 향상되도록 하는 효과가 있다.
